Terms and Conditions for Sellers

Welcome to Storehouse Auction! By listing your items for sale on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility to Sell
- Sellers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
- Storehouse Auction reserves the right to approve or reject seller registrations at its discretion.
2. Listing Items
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Items must be described accurately, including condition, specifications, and any known defects.
- False or misleading descriptions may result in removal from the platform.
- Storehouse Auction reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
3. Seller Fees
- A 10% success fee will be charged on each completed sale.
- Fees will be deducted automatically from the final sale price.
- All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returned or disputed transactions.
4. Bidding and Sales Process
- Once a bid meets the reserve price, sellers are obligated to complete the sale.
- Sellers must not engage in bid manipulation or place bids on their own listings.
- After a sale, the seller must arrange for the buyer to pick up or receive the item in a timely manner.
5. Payment & Payouts
- Storehouse Auction facilitates payments, and funds will be released to the seller after the buyer completes payment.
- Payments are typically processed within 5 business days after confirmation of a successful transaction.
- Sellers are responsible for any taxes or fees applicable to their sales.
6. Dispute Resolution
- In case of a dispute, both the buyer and seller must attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
- Storehouse Auction may intervene but does not guarantee a resolution.
- Any fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Prohibited Items
- Sellers may not list any illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous items.
- Items that violate intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited.
- Storehouse Auction reserves the right to remove prohibited items at its discretion.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- Storehouse Auction is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from sales transactions.
- Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Storehouse Auction harmless from any claims related to their listings or sales.
9. Changes to Terms
- Storehouse Auction may update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
